No wouldn’t have thought so as not a detergent. Tide liquid (also sold on Amazon) is supposed to be one of the best things available to make slime.

Will this get cigarette smell out of clothes?

Don’t see why not, but then normal detergent should do this too. One thing to note (and this applies to any softener), by design they’re intended to “lock in” scent - they coat each fibre of the fabric. Softener is only meant to be used on washed and odour free fabrics , hence why it’s added at the end of the cycle. If you wish to just use this to rinse a smoke stained article, you will get the scent of this product, but you will also likely get it mixed with cigarette smell and it could actually be locked in to the fabric.

Hi , did this product used to be called lenor enhancer in the 90’s? I used to love the enhancer but supermarkets stopped stocking it 😔

No, this is the USA version of Lenor (which has always been called Downy). So ultimately the same as normal Lenor (although there is no Lenor with this exact scent).. U.K. used to have a product called Downy Farbric enhancer, this was named Downy, as at the time the maker was going to change the name of all Lenor products to Downy - but this was rethought and the enhancer was withdrawn.
