No it's basacally a blank face, I now have 27 of them and none have eyes or a mouth.

I sent this as a gift to a friend, she loved it!!! ... Excellent result.

Q: do these come with anything to prove authenticity ? also do they come in a box or just wrapped ?

Yes this came in the original packaging/box. Can't remember if there was a certificate but it came exactly as it would if purchased in a shop with the same packaging and inserts.
