3500mAh Replacement Battery for Robot Vacuum 360 S5 S7 S7 Pro T90 X9 LiDAR Robot Vacuum Cleaner

I was almost giving up on my 360 robot vacuum. It would not hold a charge. I wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with it, but decided to try a new battery just to see if that would help.Easy to replace. Put the new one in and the vacuum is working perfectly once more.

Got the battery in May 2023. Put it in to charge before 1st use and let it charge for 48 hours. The battery started out great in my S5 360 vacuum. Got it in May. It fit in no problem. Thought that it had plenty of power. Cleaned the kitchen and pantry areas every other day. The living room once a week. The total square footage is 462. Only half of that is hard flooring. The living room is carpet.Then come July 17th it can't clean the kitchen and runs out of power to stop in the middle of the floor dead. I have only run it on standard suction. But it did not make it 2 months!!Very discouraged!

Feb 2025 update: I’ve kept the battery in and the robot can clean for maximum 14 minutes before it dies. Technically still works, but annoying. Not worth it to buy a new battery if I’d have to replace it every 7-12 months anywaysOct 2024 update: the robot is again running out of battery and shutting off in the middle of a clean rather than going back to dock to charge. Very disappointing as this battery only work for about 7 monthsJan 2024: I’ve had robot360 s5 vacuum for 4 years working great. Recently I’ve had same issues as others where robot dies in middle of cleaning and doesn't go back to charger. Support told me to replace battery.I installed this one and charged it fully. The robot finished a cleaning area on Powerful for 48 minutes and got down to 23%, returned to charger. This is good for me but I will update review if it stops working.To replace battery, turn off device by holding power button until it says goodbye. Flip over and remove 8 screws. Also unscrew the tri-brush which has a tiny screw and may need a smaller screwdriver.Pick up the white rectangular box and draw a line with sharpie from cover to side so you can remember orientation. Pry off the cover to reveal battery. Pull up hard on the wire connection to remove.This new battery came with some sticky white tape around it which I removed. Not sure about that. Carefully insert the wire connection and get a skinny rectangular object to help push down on the flat part of connector without damaging the wires.Place battery back in white box with wires oriented on top where the cutout is. Snap top back on.Close up robot and place on charger. Mine turned on and started charging 👍🏼Edit: still working 3 months later

Removed the failed battery from the manufacturer, in my 360 S5 smart vac. (14.4, 2600 mAH/2500mAH-36Wh). This 14.8v 3500mAH battery fits perfectly into the battery box of the 360 S5 and works flawlessly. As an added bonus, the bigger battery provides a longer run time, needing fewer pauses in cleaning for recharging.

Didn;t actually die within 4 months as it would still hold about 10 mins of charge after the 4 months. Not sufficient to do anything but a tiny part of a room. I was REALLY disappointed with this as we have 2 x 360 S5's 2 x 360 S9's and 1 360 S10, so I wanted to replace all the batteries as they needed it. My wife persuaded me to just try one and see how it did, so I bought this one for the S5 and it is a waste of money, so now I need to try to find another battery. The original was a BYD battery and it lasted about 2 years so I am going to try to find one of those somehow. I CANNOT recommend any of the batteries this company makes to anyone, they are simply not what they advertise as a good replacement battery for the BYD's..

Easy swap for 360 robot vacuum. Cleans whole house again on full charge.

Need to see how long it will last
