How do you collapse it?

At the top, by the four bars, just lift on one side and it should collapse easily. Make sure all the pieces are in securely.

How do i order more bares if they break

If they break maybe just message Amazon. They are usually quit good at replacing broken things even out of warranty

It is a piece of crap and will collapse on its own. Save your money.

The description and measurements vary between 29.5 inches wild and 35.5 inches wide depending on where you look. Could I please get the correct one?

I ordered this item two days ago and assembled it just now. It is definitely 35.5 inches wide and 45.5 inches tall, as I just measured it. I thought it was 29.5 inches. The item I just received is too large for me.
