Washer goes with the lock nuts used to mount the bracket in the hinges. The function of the washer is protect the hinges when you apply torque on the nuts.

Q: Do these 2007 jeep wrangler x renegade?

Yes, however, I had to use some electrical tape to tighten up the part that go inside the door hanger so it would not shake when driving.

Q: How do the do on the freeway when going over 55MPH?

Mine never stay in place. Highway, driveway, anyway… I used them once. Never again. I wasted my money. They swing around. The nut that screws on doesn’t go up far enough to secure them. DO NOT BUY.
