I have used product for years, very good product for me.

Can't say for a 100% I feel any different but family members with errrr....plumbing issues have reported that it helps in that department.

Review by Beverly Brinkley Because of health issues I need to add extra magnesium to my diet. This is the only one that I've tried that has stopped all muscle spasms throughout my body. In my case, Magnesium Malate works the best & this product is worth every dollar that it costs. I take two pills twice a day following the directions on the bottle. It's the only magnesium supplement that I'll be using in the future!
