Liked the style a lot, but it just wasn’t for me.

I really like this belt....just not on me.The problem is that it's not supple enough. There is no "give" when you wrap it, so...it either bunches up when you wrap it tight enough to contour to your figure, or you have to tie it looser, which adds about 3 inches to your waist visually.The only other real issue I have is that you cannot store this folded. Even folded just an hour will leave fold-line creases in it. I have to store it hanging loose and attached to a pants clip.Otherwise, if you are more apple or pear-shaped, this is probably a great buy. But if you are a definite hour glass, just know this isn't really made for that body type.

One star knocked off for the smell. I'm sure it will dissipate but man! Noxious. Otherwise, this belt is surprisingly well-made. The faux leather is nice and rigid and will probably soften to my shape over time. The lace is quite sturdy. The ties are a great length. Once I learn to tie a prettier bow, I'll be wearing this frequently.Because a different review said the burgundy belt was more of a red, I'd excitedly ordered it o pair with this dress. Nope, it's actually burgundy! Check the photo to see a comparison with true red. Means the seller is true to their word. Still adorable and I'm debating ordering another in black.

I was nervous about length and the color I'd recieve after seeing a couple of reviews stating the red lace belt they recieved was true red unlike the burgundy shown in the online photos. I have a 29' waist and this belt is just long enough to tie with a medium length bow. The color I got was true burgundy, just as in the pictures and is exactly what I wanted. The quality seems to be decent and does have a vinyl smell when it first arrives.i just let it air out and it seems to be fine. I would purchase another as well as recommend if you have a waist no larger than 29 inches.

I had seen a very expensive leather belt just like this one styled several ways on Pinterest and I couldn’t afford it. When I found this one, instead of tying it with the bow in front t tool the thin straps and wrapped it around back and then again to the front then with the extra length I took each side and wrapped it to where it just wrapped along the side that it tied off from making it look almost wrapped or braided. It will class up a basic white blouse of crisp white top to any maxi dress. Very happy with my purchase!

I love the style, and understand the price point, but the "glue" holding the tie straps together was coming apart and unfolded immediately from the package. I tried pressing it back together, but it won't hold. Meanwhile, it's just sticky enough to leave your hands sticky and be difficult to tie. Better glue or a simple stitch running down the ties would make this perfect.

The belt is beautiful. I bought BLACK and so there was no color discrepancy to report. There was no smell as reported by other reviewers. The belt only came in one size. The lace part of the belt was too long for me with a 23" waist. the leather parts should only meet in the back; not overlap. The ties are to start from the back, wrap around the front and around the back and then tie in the front as shown in the picture. This is a very nice approach. If it had come in a smaller size, this would have worked perfectly for me.

I would have given it 5 stars but can't speak to how durable it is. However it turned out to be quite the outfit saver! I bought the belt at the same time i purchased a dress I suspected maybe a little too big and may need cinching at the waist. The dress was even bigger than I thought and had it not been for this belt I wouldn't be able to wear it without alterations. The belt looks great, hoping to wear it often.

It was ok but it seemed dirty and the packaging was all open like someone had already worn it

The belt is tiny, I am a 12/14 and it did not fit around my waist.
