Are the measurements accurate? What's the mark for each size (for ex: to rim of each cup or to the flower?? that lets us know we've reached 1/4 cup?)

There are "fill lines" inside each measuring cup, which are accurate to the 1/4 measurement, etc.

There is no 4 cup measuring cup. There are 4 separate cups, a 1/4 cup, a 1/3 cup, a 1/2 cup, and a 1 cup. Just like the description states.
