Q: Does it have the z87.1 stamped on it

Yes, they are all stamped and all fully compliant with ANSI, OSHA, etc.

Q: Do they have a polarized version of the lens?

No...unfortunately. Note that the other Pyramex with polarized jump up to $45-$60 so if they were available, they'd be substantially more expensive. FYI this lens coating blocks a lot of light, so they do a good job without polarization.

Q: I need a single mirror anti-fog lents...and i found just a 12 pack, can i get one ?
