I finally caved and paid the $$ to try this stuff out for the obnoxious, persistent ingrowns I get post Brazilian wax. It doesn't matter how much physical exfoliation I do, they ALWAYS happen. I guess it's just my skin type or something. From the perspective of someone who really enjoys watching popping and plucking videos, the ingrowns are great lol. I can just sit there and yank away daily. But my skin really doesn't enjoy it and the aftermath is a hot mess.Anyway, I started applying this stuff daily, like a week after waxing. I kid you not when I say there was like a 90% decrease in the amount of ingrowns that usually occur when hair starts to grow back in. After a few weeks, I got lazy and BOOM- ingrowns. So the downside is that for some people, you really do need to use it consistently and im such a cheap person :( This will likely be one of the very few non-drugstore HBA type of items that I splurge on for myself.I agree with others on the bottle design being cruddy. Definitely don't apply the liquid directly to a cotton ball or pad before swiping on, you go through a ton of product because it starts to evaporate instantly. Others recommend to put it in a spray bottle, I just tried that for the first time this morning. However, sitting kind of hunched over in order to spray the "area" made the airborne droplets go into my throat as I mouth breathed awkwardly in that position and I felt like I inhaled mustard gas for about 5 seconds. So maybe don't sit and do that, or just be aware of how close your face is to the spray. The spray definitely helped the application process though.

I have struggled with razor bumps and ingrowns forever. This product goes into effect immediately on the itch. As for bumps and ingrowns, about 4-5 days for me.Constant use is KEY. It has become part of my routine. Morning AND night as I noticed better results then! It takes 1 min to apply! You can use your hand or an application pad soaked in it. I recommend by hand (fingers) as less product is soaked up and wasted.

I have been looking for something for ingrowns for a hot minute. I have tried those rolling balms, doesn’t work for me. I have tried salicylic acid, it only calms inflammation. I tried glycolic acid, didn’t do much. I tried light and heavy exfoliation, didn’t do the trick.I am prone to ingrowns on the bikini line and because I wear fitted work pants and only jeans, they get really inflamed by the end of the day. These aren’t just regular surface, poppable ingrowns either. These are deep, cystic looking, you can’t even see the hair if you picks for hours ingrowns. I recently had four after waxing, two were absolute demons. I got tired of them. I tried just about everything and decided to get this. I wasn’t a fan of the price for how much you get but I also didn’t have a choice because I wasn’t going to the dermatologist and I know I couldn’t keep picking at them. So far, the swelling has gone down a lot. They were rubbing against my thigh and would get super irritated. I started putting this on and the swelling has gone down a lot. They aren’t tender anymore and they aren’t big enough to get irritated when walking. I have yet to see a hair pop through but I’m trusting the process as we’ve gotten a lot father with this than anything else.It doesn’t have a strong scent. The liquid feels a bit dry and soaks into cotton really easily. It doesn’t sting and dries down quickly. I will say, it definitely smells like rubbing alcohol and removed my nail polish. Just a note

This stuff is amazing. It does help with bikini line areas and other shaving areas on your body. First time using it does sting a little bit, but goes away almost instantly is quite effective and more that you use it the more you notice improvements to eventually not having any issues hardly at all with your skin.

This product work very well, it does have a smell but nothing you can’t handle. It also works for dark areas and lighten. I’ve been using it on my face and has cleared up my redness, I use it on my armpits to keep the razor bumps from coming and it really works. I recommend 100%.
