This lock is a bit heavier than I expected but it's well made and it's nice. It will serve a heavy duty application. I got it to lock up an old tool shed and it would surely do the trick. The lock is a little overkill for the door it's protecting so anyone wanting to boost my Milwaukees will tear down my shop before that lock gives it up.

The psychopath was breaking into my garage, stealing my car and going joyriding while drunk. I didn’t realize this until he damaged the car and garage when he returned it. Ok. I suspected. Anyway I use two of these locks on the garage door rollers whenever I’m home. He can’t use his lock gun to open them because they are on the inside of the garage and he is not. The police department is essentially nonexistent. Locks work great! Good value for the money. Important that the hasps are long to fit the rollers.

It's a padlock. It works. I ordered one of these, and got a package with no keys. They resent one back promptly and this works find. The keys fit, the lock opens, and is moderately easy to re-lock. Takes two hands to re-lock.
