9-8-21 - I purchased this power bank in September of 21 and I've got to say that it blew me away. I'd actually purchased a few different power banks because I have to have a charger when I need it and it's got to have a charge on itself. It's so strong and the battery life is so long it made all others obsolete. I normally carry at least 2-3 with me when I travel but that's no longer the case. I suspect that there are a lot out there who misrepresent the charging capacity of their units however if I had to guess I'd say this one was under represented in the stats. I use it quite often and I've never been disappointed. It doesn't matter if I'm charging my phone, iPad Pro 11 2021 model or any number of other devices this unit will charge them quickly and will have plenty of reserve for the next item. I'm not sure how often I've got to charge the power bank because it's not as often as I have had to do with every single other power bank I've ever owned. This item is way better than I could have expected. I will note: at first I was going to return this power bank. It’s thin for the MaH size but look at length and width. It’s HUGE. Too big for a pocket, and too heavy for one. They just took something that was thicker and spread it out over a bigger are. After using this charger for a week however I really liked how fast the usb-c port charges my devices.3-25-22 After 6 months I've got a slight issue with the power bank. When it's charging I have to keep it completely still or the charge circuit will not continue. I've tried this with multiple cables that do not have the same issue with other chargers. It's mostly on the USB-C port but that's the one I use probably 95% of the time. At least the vast majority of the time anyway. I've sent a message to the seller asking about warranty and included the above pictures so they can see the item isn't abused. I'm confident they will help me get this fixed as this power bank is such high quality. I'll update the post after I hear from them. For now I still place this a strong 5 and would highly recommend. In fact I'm considering a second purchase so I've got a backup should anything ever happen again.5/7/22 Working with the companies support it was determined that the product needed replacement. They issued a code that credited the full amount towards a new one. The price had gone up $0.42. I’d imagine if I’d asked they would have fixed that also but it was worth the extra and they ended up being really good about everything. I would not hesitate to purchase another Charmast and in fact am purchasing another. I’ve used all brands of power banks. From no names to the biggest names and I’ve never found one that works this well. One reminder in case you don’t check the specs. This is super thin but it’s a bit larger in size. Way lighter than the other brand of power bank I own with similar MaH. Quit researching and buy this power bank. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Charmast team for the great help and customer service.Update 2-17-23 approaching the one year mark after the replacement power bank was purchased and its working as good as the day I purchased it back on 5-7-22. I’m so pleased to have made this purchase and now have a second one that I use as well. Awesome productUpdate 4-5-24 still looks and works as if it were brand new. This unit has held up to drops, being stepped on and stuffed in a bag that's way to full and it just keeps working flawlessly.

I have a 3 yo iPhone 8plus which the battery doesn't last a full day anymore. Even working from home now, it is a pain to plug it to the wall charger and wait it to get charged for hours; of course not to forget leaning and stretching to check the msgs, reply to them or answer incoming calls. Considering the new phone prices and power bank prices, buying the power bank was the solution for me to extend the lifespan of my phone and postpone the expensive investment on a new phone.I preferred this power bank because of the maximum capacity being allowed on a plane, but most importantly, its own ability to get charged by a USB-C, Lighting Cable and the old micro USB. It indeed is a luxury not to carry a second charging cable on the go just to take care of this device and being able to charge it with whatever cable you can find if you don't have one with you. It does get charged from the Micro USB, Lighting and USC-C ports. And it charges your phone from USB-C and 3 other USB ports.I bought this power bank on September 2020 and I have been using this power bank since 5 months now. Since I got this device, I am charging my phone only with this. After fully charged, this battery charges my iPhone 8plus four times, from below 10% to 100%. It does have some more juice to charge another half time but I rather kill the power bank than the phone itself. I always charge the power bank after the fourth time, it takes an overnight duration for the power bank get fully charged. No complaints on that, rather the power bank than the phone. This is a heavy item, heavy as a battery should be, no complaint on that either. If anything can be said about it, I wish it was slightly narrower. Not easy to hold it behind the phone, which is narrower than the power bank, while making a phone call.Unfortunately this device does not come with a USB-C to Lighting cable, but I got a one foot one and using it all the time. That enables me not to deal with a long cable and carry the phone and the charger with me while charging the phone. Very convenient and highly recommended. Moreover, the USB-C port does give you the fast charge, which is a breeze, in comparison with the charging times by using the original wall plug iPhone provides. I don't know if it is mentioned on the product description but if not, hear it from me: it doesn't charge your phone while it is getting charged itself. I did try to charge two phones at the same time and it does work no problem.So far it is a nice one. I will update my review after some time and if anything unexpected happens to it.Update September 2021: Now I have been using this power bank since one year. Took a plane with it several times without a problem at the airport. I have been charging my phone more than 1 time with this charger, it is heavily used and charged every three days. It still charges my Iphone 8 Plus from 10% to 100% four times. Its battery didn't degrade, all its ports are intact and I have had no problems with it. Highly recommended.

The Charmast Power Delivery Power Bank turned out to be a very useful especially when I traveled abroad. The device held a charge for week(s) without using it, and I was able to charge devices 4 or 5 times before needed to recharge the power bank (being fully charged of course).It is weighty and solid, but was not an issue for me. It has a variety of common connector ports including an orange USB slot for 12V devices like iPads or fast charge devices. Also, it automatically turns on when you plug in a device, and starts charging. It will also automatically shut off when complete or if you accidentally leave it on. It has 4 tiny LED indicators for battery life, which is nice.My one small annoying issue is the tiny side button to turn the power bank on/off. It blends in with the case, is very small, and hard to see (especially if your sight is not great). I end up have to look on both sides, flipping it around each time to find the side it's on. It would have been a huge help if the button was orange or yellow - something to stand out from the solid black. I ended up using a silver Sharpie to mark a dot on each side next to the button so I can immediately see where it is (see photo). Not a deal breaker by any stretch.Bottom line is I love it, and use it all the time. I highly recommend this.

I bought this in July 2021. In the beginning, it was a good product. I can definitely charge multiple devices (phones, headphones) multiple times. However, the battery life has degraded quickly. Now, it cannot even charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max from 10% to full.
