I would recommend putting these traps in the drawers
Initially, I was a little dubious about getting these after having read some negative reviews - but I have to say after catching five of these despicable critters, I really do believe that they work. (And three of them were juveniles, almost too small to see with the naked eye) Of course they are just a part of the overall project of ridding yourself of bedbugs. I have a fairly new waterbed with built-in drawers underneath the bed. If you have such a setup, I would recommend putting these traps in the drawers. Also, there is an open space underneath the bed that is accessible via a little door at the foot of the waterbed pedestal - and that area with the trap just resting on the floor has worked great. Bedbugs also like to get down into the areas where you tuck your sheets between the mattress and frame. I use a spray in that area after removing the sheets for washing & drying on the hottest temps. I have found "FabiClear" spray to be pretty good for this. It does have a strong smell for an hour or two, but then it fades away for the most part. Finally, I recently bought a bed bug "kit". Of all of the various sprays in that kit, I think that "Bedlam Plus" is the effective one that is basically odorless (which was important to me). But follow directions and try not to directly expose your pets to this. This particular spray would be for behind and underneath furniture. Although these bugs are a giant pain to permanently remove, they won't kill you. But hopefully, you can kill them!

not helping at all.... all traps are empty and I'm still dinner.
I've had them for nearly a week..... I even have a couple on the bed next to where I sleep and not one of the little jerks have ened up in any of the traps but, I'm still waking up and have obviously been attacked by them during the night.... so,frustrating.. covering myself in lavender body lotion and spraying lavender spray all over the bed and my clothing seems to be helping a little..

It catch and keep
This trap is good once the Bed Bug get on it. It does not draw the Bed Bugs to it. That would make the trap better if it drew the Bed Bugs to it.

Not what I expected.
I wanted a product to detect bed bug when I went to any hotels - this product is good but you must use it long term. It is notreally for overnight stays at a hotel. Would buy it again as customer service was good.

Try something else.
For us these were a waste of money. The only thing that ultimately wiped out our infestation was diatomaceous earth spread wherever we had found their hideyholes and droppings. We got a large jar of it from Orscheln's for <$10. Twice I put electric heaters in the clothes closet set for max and got the temp up to 130ºF for 5-6 hours to kill those critters. We didn't have an infestation on the floor, just the bed which picked it up from public laundry facilities (sheets etc.).We tried the steam iron, two kinds of sprays, caulking the holes they nested in and duct tape. We've finally been bug free for about 8 months. The worst thing was my bite were highly reactive and not one doctor I went to could identify the discoloration of my skin and veins coming from bedbugs. Some thought it was from spiders, but the only spider that can bite and cause such a reaction is a brown recluse which I've had before. These bites were not like that and we were very thorough about cleaning any area possibly infested with spiders. My bites were like chiggers, but worse, and the veins would darken radiating away from the bite with irritating pain and sensitivity.

Easy to use
Easy to use, simple. They're not messy, they're noticeable but not where we put them (under the bed/couch). We put these out at the same time we covered our mattress and box spring, so they haven't caught any bed bugs yet. I think there are more of a device to see if you have bed bugs rather than to get rid of them.

Don't spend the money
Been nearly a month since deploying these traps. Score to date, not one single Bed Bug trapped in any of the traps. And you know when you still have Bed Bug still around! So, my reveiew, based on personal experience, is the traps DON'T work.! Wish they did - NO doubt they DON'T.

Well, the husband is an EMT and we freaked when we saw a bed bug (yes it really was a bed bug). We tossed the house and didn't see any. I still bought these because I am paranoid about parasites (especially scabies and bedbugs). I haven't seen any go into this trap. So it either doesn't work or I have no bed bugs (I have no bites and have been monitoring bed bug hang out spots for weeks).
