Could this be attached to the house with entrance through a window?

Yes and no. There is a small door that you could attach to a window but you either have to have the hole thing right up against the house so there's no cracks for the cats to squeeze through. However, my house is raised so I couldnt do that. I made a tunnel from my window with a cat door into the enclosure. Unfortunately the way my house is situated, i wasnt about to use the build in small door or else my cats would nevr get sun. So I cut the mesh and made an addition platform. So depending on your skill or the skills of someone you know, it can be done.

Are the windows screened

The top window has plexiglass over it and doesn't open. The second window down, has a sliding window made of wood, but it is open with no screen. I just keep it closed, because I don't want my cats to get out or get stuck in it. No screens on either windows.

Would the mesh on this contain a mink?

Mesh is about 1/4" square. I can not put my pinkie through it. It is high quality mesh (pretty strong).

Ours just arrived and it came without any assembly instructions anybody know where to find them?
