If You Care...I know I do! The ONLY parchment I will use!
The only Parchment paper I will use!!Let me elaborate: Rolling out the perfect pie dough, and enabling flawless transfer to pie pan - check, lining cookie sheets - check, cutting into squares and stuffing into muffin pans for "fancy & trendy" muffin cups - check, lining cake pans with perfect-not-a-crumb-lost results - check, lining tiny loaf pans - check, lining large baguette pans - check, lining & releasing ooey-gooey brownies from the pan - check, using in place of corn meal and a pizza peel for amazing brick oven pizza* - check, folding into see-through heirloom seed envelopes - check, tracing paper for sewing patterns and projects - check, toilet paper alternative - haha, kidding, but this stuff is seriously amazing and has so many uses!If you are a baker or aspire to be, this, If You Care FSC Certified Parchment Baking Paper, will up your game immediately. It has performed at or above my expectations for every task I've put it to. In my days as a farmers market vendor, it was an absolute godsend! My kitchen will never be without it...definitely can't say the same for the bleached white, thick as construction paper, always tearing while in use - but never tearing off the dang roll, huge roll of junk, being sold by "big W named baking supply company" - that stuff is a complete waste and not worth the cabinet space to store it.Back to the perfect parchment...*I mentioned I use it for brick-oven pizza, and I do realize it says right on the box that it is "oven safe to 428*F/220*C" and here I am using it in a 500*F oven on a brick pizza stone, but I'm telling you, it works so perfectly and after the typical 6-7 minutes to fully cook the pizza, the edges of the parchment are only just slightly blackened....that said, you should use some common sense (and of course set a timer!) it is thin paper in a really hot oven and could potentially catch fire - BUT in years of using it (somewhat) responsibly, I have never had that happen ;)If You Care...I know I do, so I really love that it's unbleached, love that it's not too thick - and not too thin, love the recycled packaging, love that it is compostable, love that the paper used is harvested for FSC certified forests....I could go on, but really, I've given more than enough reasons for you to add this to your cart NOW and have Amazon drop it at your door by the end of the week!Happy Baking!!Also, check out If You Care Unbleached Muffin liners - another kitchen must have!!

unbleached chlorine free perfectly good parchment paper
--My favorite parchment baking paper. I much prefer it over the typical rolls of white parchment paper. The width of this paper is a little over a foot- maybe 13", which I think it is little narrower than the typical brands out there, which tend to measure 15" wide. I prefer this size, it suits all of my baking needs thus far, and I have been using this brand for several years.--Brown, Unbleached, and chlorine free.--Microwave safe and oven safe (to 428*F)--Sheets can be reused.--While I typically use it for baking cookies and such, sometimes I use it under meats instead of tin foil. If the sheet gets too wet, it can tear which is not out of the norm.--Some types of parchment paper have a matte side and a shiny side, this is the same on both sides- just basic brown paper that resists sticking.-- the container for the roll is all cardboard. The spot that runs the length of the container that is used to tear the paper is also cardboard; just has an edge to help the paper to tear. This is not perfect. Sometimes it tears easily, other times I find it easier to just grab a pair of scissors. This has never been a hindrance to my purchasing this product, but it could be a turn off for some, especially if used to other brands of bleached paper.--budget friendly. While I don't usually rate based on price (as everyone can determine for themselves what works for their budget), I do like to give a shout out to companies that make it reasonable to purchase their product on an on going basic whether it is purchased in store or on line. I first discovered this product alongside other typical parchment papers on the store shelf. The healthier aspect of it was appealing, as well as look of box, and the price as well. Sometimes it has been a little more than other offerings, sometimes less, but either direction the price has been about the same. Thank you!--In a pinch this brown (unbleached) paper makes for quick, cute wrapping paper. :)I hope this review finds you well, and that has been helpful to you. Take care!

Perfect Parchment Paper
Excellent Parchment for baking and roasting veggies. I use 400 degrees and it does well.

Great but packaging could use improvement
This is my favorite parchment paper and I have tried many! The roll lasts us a long time. The only downside is that the plastic teeth used to cut the paper fold over and don't cut well. I would imagine metal teeth would be more efficient and recyclable!

Natural paper, no wax.
I buy these baking sheets because they are more plant based, and no wax. No chemical residue to leech into your food is a plus. Bakes in oven like the non natural ones. I am ver6 satisfied with these baking sheets. Only one I will use.

I was hesitant, but I LOVE this parchment paper!
I almost didn't buy this because there was no cutter on the box. Stupid, I know, but we need things to be simple in our house and that was almost a deal-breaker! I'm so glad I picked it up anyway. It's awesome parchment paper! We had previously bought the white stuff, so I wasn't sure how this would be different. It seems a little thinner, which I actually like. It's easier to lay flat compared to my old stuff - less "paper" like. So far, I made a sheet of baked turkey bacon on it, and also baked some fish. The turkey bacon was impressive - not a drop leaked through to the sheet pan underneath. It did bleed through a bit with the fish, but I had more oil and liquid on those. Either way, this made clean-up a breeze! I think I've found my new go-to parchment paper. The lack of a cutter ended up being a non-issue. Pull the paper out, press down on the lid to clamp it to the place where there is normally a cutter and pull. It tears so easily and very cleanly! No scary, metal cutter needed!
