Convert to have 2 remotes
I did not know how to program the remote but the company that installed my rolling screens came over and programmed it in less than 5 minutes. And now I have 1 for downstairs and one for the upstairs.

Exactly what I needed
This Somfy device works well. The instructions to pair with another Somfy device are VERY poor. Thankfully, I had a a tech close by that did itThe process to pair is actually very simple, which makes poor instructions even more unacceptable.

Replacement works, but not easy!
My husband accidentally threw out our remote for our shades. The people that installed the shades said this was the one I needed to order. The price was the same as other non- Amazon vendors. Although my brother and I read the directions, several times, and watched several YouTube videos programming was NOT easy, thus the 4 stars. It took us quite a while to get it done. We were so frustrated that we did only programmed the individual shades and not the fifth channel (all for shades together).

Easy for someone not techy!
We purchased this as a second remote to keep in a different location. It was incredibly easy to program and mount. Definitely recommend!

I should of listened to the one star reviews
In my life I've built several computers, live by manuals, and I do read them. But nothing in my experience prepared me for this hog wash set of instructions that came with this remote.I sent it right back.Avoid.

This was a replacement and works great but it takes a lot to get it programmed. Should not take 16 steps to get it to work
