I’ve been using the Bob & Brad T2 Massage Gun regularly for over a year, and it’s been fantastic. The device is powerful yet quiet, with a solid battery life and great ergonomic design. It helped tremendously with muscle recovery and tension relief—definitely one of the best massage guns I’ve owned.Unfortunately, after about a year of consistent use, the device developed a fault. I contacted Bob & Brad customer support, and they responded quickly and professionally. To my surprise and appreciation, they sent me a brand new upgraded model without requiring me to ship back the faulty one. I have been a fan of Bob and Brad for some time, enjoying the YouTube videos of the two most famous, physical therapists on the internet (in their opinion).So, I am disappointed to report that this item is not as described.It certainly comes in a handy carrying case and is rechargeable via USB-C. It has a variety of different shaped, interchangeable heads including one which heats or cools.But I purchased this item because it was described as having heat and cool, Bob and Brad...THERE WAS NO BOB OR BRAD ANYWHERE IN THE PACKAGE. I feel cheated. I have looked beneath each attachment - no Bob or Brad. I have looked in the pouch which contains the charging cable and instruction booklet - no Bob or Brad. I have even looked beneath the padding in the case - no Bob or Brad.Stupidly, I have recycled the packaging. I did not notice any Bob or Brad, but perhaps there was a separate package of Bob and Brad?

As a sports enthusiast I have to admit that I created problems for myself by not stretching, not even treating myself with a massage after 20k walks week after week some walks even longer.My purchase of this massage gun came about due to muscle tension, I cannot fault this product, it's easy to use and has all the combinations I currently need.

Really good value compared to the other brands that can be way more expensive. The heat and cold thing is a little bit gimmicky but works.

What an exceptional piece of equipment.Must have for your recovery , helps to easy the struggle with tight muscles and soreness after good gym sessions. A specially with big muscles groups .Low settings good for relaxing massage .I like and recommend.
