Could this connect to two networks at once for increased speed?

Although I thought of doing this myself, it seems that Windows only takes the Slowest of the two networks, and that is what it'll use. Meaning, if you have Let's say 600Mbps and a 1900Mbps, it will only use 600 Not the combined 2500Mbps. It will *not* link the two, but will connect at *Always* Slower than the Faster of the two. I use Win7 x64 bit Pro. Your results will Vary.

Works on one computer (old) but not on my asus z97. it says "network controller" in the device manager but no drivers work from anywhere. any help?

Did you ever figure this out? Given your Motherboard has a PCIe x1 -> x16 slot and your OS is either Windows 7 "or" 10 then this adapter should work. Otherwise this card does not use the proper interface standard for PCIe. I'd like to know since this may be used on a new and/or older MB.
