If this is new, why doesn’t it come in the box?

Not sure on this one. I ordered from Ulta online and this product was in a box, as was the other Benefit product I purchased.

How do i contact seller?

If you look on your “details page”, the Seller should be highlighted in blue. Click it, that’s the link to Sellers page. Also if you go to your details page there will be a “contact seller”, click that, that’s also a way to get a hold of them.

It is water resistant. I wore it in humid weather and never had an issue.
