Can you use regular cake mix or frozen cookie dough

I doubt it. The pan is SO small and if the batter rises above the pan, it will rub off onto the top of the oven and burn forever.

Can these refills be used with lalaloopsy oven?

Most likely yes. We have a Girl Scout cookie oven and we use the easy bake oven refills because they are cheaper. We haven’t had a problems so far, but you will want to watch the items while baking because the cook times will likely vary. :)
