Bought this out of necessity after an eye surgery. I've used it ever since. Being able to adjust the slant has minimized my acid reflux and eased my breathing. The covers are removable and can be washed normally. You can also turn it and use it to sit upright in bed with neck support. Comfortable and versatile. The cushion is like a medium firm memory foam.

Lessoned snoring but not 100%, also I find comfortable to use and I like the neck pillow includedA Baby Pack and Play stretchy crib sheet works perfect for a pillow case for the large wedge pillow.

I ordered this for post surgery after jaw surgery. It is firm and wide enough to keep my head elevated all night. It is adjustable as well. I did not need the half-round pillow. My one complaint is that the cover is not removable, so if you spill on it you have to spot clean it, which I did. I wish it came with a removable fitted cover. I have wrapped it with a towel and covered that with a flat sheet, which works, but a nice fitted cover would be great!

I have severe chronic pain and needed back support when I'm stuck in bed. I received my pillow and to my disappointment I could not immediately use it and needed to wait 48 hours for it to regain shape after being vacuum sealed. After 48 hours, half of it is still rock hard and flat. I am very upset I have to wait even longer to have comfort because now I need to buy a different pillow.

I had a sleep study and the wedge was perfect. It put me in a semi lying position like my recliner and I slept as expected for the study.

It has a very strong chemical smell, like the disinfectant gel for hands... I would love to keep this wedge as it is exactly what i needed, so I will keep it outside to air out, but if it continues to smell, i have no choice but to send it back.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. This has completely replaced the three or four pillows I'd been sleeping with for years and years and is so comfortable. If you deal with sleep apnea, get this!
