Excellent quality and design!
Pros:1. Well made. Pieces fit easily and pull apart fairly easily, with included tool; fit is perfect, not too tight nor too loose. Weight and thickness of pieces are perfect. Similar quality to Lego, but in mini scale.2. No missing parts. Lots of spare parts.3. Organized into about 14 separate bags, which made building in sections easy.4. Instructions were very good, similar to Lego. Excellent graphic details, down to the tiny sticker details! Easy to follow.5. Stickers printed very clearly, in detail, and are very pretty. The transparent edges and background elevates the look. Stickiness is perfect and seems permanent. Unlikely to come off or fade easily.6. Overall design is 10/10! A sturdy build that is aesthetically very pretty and impressively detailed. Beautiful color palate. Great puzzle challenge for the OCD, detail-oriented person to enjoy.Tips:1. Work in sections and open each numbered bag as you go along, not all at once.2. Use a solid-colored, medium to large, edged tray for the working pieces and as a working station. Work on an even, firm surface; so that you don't accidentally bump or flip your tray, causing your mini bricks to go flying off everywhere!3. Separate pieces by color, and then by shape, with each opened bag.Pay attention to the different color tones; very easy to mix up.4. Note: an already built part is grayed out in the instructions, so don't get confused.5. Use bright lighting and tweezers to apply the stickers. Once the sticker touches the surface, it tends to stick steadfast and repositioning is unlikely without risk of tearing; so, aim well. Aim at one edge, press to stick placement going from edge to edge, before gently lifting the cover plastic. For long pieces, like brick walls, stick from center, then slowly outwards; or stick one edge and move slowly in sections toward the other edge.Be careful not to cause bunching in the middle, or gradual misalignment.Try to align the top/bottom edges of the stickers for the windows so that they align with each other for a more professional look; otherwise, one sticker panel might be higher than the other when the windows are side by side.Learn to let go of your sticker-placing mistakes. Focus on your accomplishments. Lol :)6. If you find that you have trouble fitting in the next parts, or that your building cannot close properly, or parts seem uneven --> check to see whether you misplaced the previous bricks built around that area into the wrong spot, or if the previous bricks were not snapped in all the way.7. It's a good idea to look over each section carefully to spot for errors before moving on to the next section --> correct part, color, position? It is harder to correct later, with more parts already in place.Cons: (not really any)1. I wish there was a way for me to reposition some of the stickers. ...must let gooo.... lol2. I wish there were a lot more sets like this available. Perhaps themes with elves, fairies, Studio Ghibli, etc.I can't wait to build the next set! :)

Challenging and fun build for a great price
The media could not be loaded. I built this with my 7 year old and didn't expect much for the price. I am insanely impressed with the build process, the details and the end product. The details in this build are so much more impressive than any lego build I have ever seen. I read the reviews and agree that there are slight issues with the stability of the foundation, but that doesn't bother me at all. The build is plenty sturdy. Also, I may be missing a piece, but I can't confirm if that's due to my daughter loosing it or the piece never being in the bag. Lucky for me, the missing piece is no bother at all. I purchased this build for Christmas 2024 for 18$ and it was well worth it! I've already purchased 2 more builds and can't wait to get them.

Super cute and fun
The media could not be loaded. Omg! Love this mini city building set, the Panda Tea House! It’s not the regular Lego size but mini. So cute! The best tip I got was to separate the colors first, because there were many different shades of some colors. It took me about a week but it was really fun. The design and construction is so solid I’d think a construction artist designed this house. It’s detail from round and curved edges to shingles and aprons is nice. The stickers are like tattoos where you press on and slowly peel off. The instructions are clear, the steps are easy to follow, and the 13 separated packages made the whole process easy. NO missing pieces, even had extras. Every piece added drove the anticipation higher to see the end results. Four pandas made it even cuter! This is one of the most organized set. I only had one qualm and it’s when you want to fold the house, the top front design where the little panda and the round fan collides with the corner gray shingles making it impossible to fold cleanly unless you pop off the design with the panda and round fan. All in all it’s awesome! Tip for the detailed people, let the adult or very careful teenager to add the stickers, might be hard for the under teen age because of the sticker type. Happy building!

Hard to assemble
The blocks were very difficult to handle as they are smaller than regular Lego pieces. I had to help my child build it and it was hard on my hands. Comes out cute but I wouldn’t buy this again.
