Perfect solution for my DAW!
I use this in my home recording studio. The interface in my digital audio workstation was adding a nasty ground loop problem. As I would move my mouse around the desktop, and open and close windows, I was getting an unbearable amount of high pitch noises. I put this Isolator between the output of my digital audio interface and amplifier input. It removed all the noise! This was an affordable, fast, easy, and 100% effective solution to my problem. It just works - with no discernible change in frequency response.

It works !!!!
2003 Honda Odyssey suffering from a massive static noise after I install a Boss amplifier, I already install a noise suppressor to the constant and accessory power terminal of the head unit and I already tried grounding the RCA connector plug. But it only lessen the static noise by 80%. The 20% remaining is still very annoying you can never lower down the volume if you do you will automatically hear the static whining noise..... I'm skeptic at first to try this RCA type noise filter but at the same time I'm already desperate. anyways upon installing.... BOOM !! ... the noise is totally gone! All I can say is try it ! if it doesnt work for you ..you can always return it. .... The only thing like is when I bought it last week its $6.46 each .. right now today its only $4.50 :(

Engine/Alternator Whine reduced ~70%
At the end of the day, it helped noticeably reduce the engine whine in my new car audio system. Now here's the backstory if anyone can relate:A year or so ago I had an aftermarket car stereo installed in my project car, 2002 Celica GT. The new stereo was nice, but it had no balls. So about a month ago I bought new speakers for the front (Rockford Fosgate component) and the back (Kicker full range 2-way), and a new class D amp (Jensen). Also, a powered subwoofer which has its own channel on the head unit. Did all this work myself with some help from my brother who had just done this in his Camry.Long story short, I couldn't get rid of the engine whine (buzzing sound that changes with the RPM's) no matter how many different ground configurations I tried. So this was a last resort quick fix that I did hoping just to hear an improvement. My expectations were not high. The noise reduction is absolutely noticable, and I am very pleased. The hum/buzz is still there, but it's only about 30% of what it was before. It's easily 70% gone at this point.*I should say that in addition to this, I also applied 3 clip-on magnetic ferrite noise filters to the stereo's Constant (power) wire (purchased separately). One last point: I'm a big do-it-yourself guy, so I'm going to keep tweaking the system and looking for ways to eliminate the noise altogether. However, I am not a professional which is evident by some of the other glitches I'm seeing in my newly upgraded system. At some point, I am probably going to take it in to a professional to have it fine tuned and all the little bugs removed.Moral of the story: Do it yourself if you can. If you find out later that you can't, and you have the money, take it to a professional.

Works great
Should've had this installed sooner. To those who say this does not work, check all your other connections, especially your grounds, first. These noise suppressors will not be effective if you still have other issues. Eliminate all other sources of noise interference before saying these don't work.I have a GM GMT-800, a vehicle that's known for alternator noise, especially when going to an aftermarket headunit using the Bose amplifier. I have an Alpine head unit with rearview camera. I shielded all my RCAs, grounded the stereo, grounded the alternator, but the whine was still there. I bought these but were reluctant to take the time to install them due to the mixed reviews. However when I finally took the time to add these, they completely eliminated the noise. I've been driving for a year and a half putting up with the noise. I'm so glad I can enjoy my music without the annoying alternator noise now. Yes, I should have installed them sooner.

Electrical Gremlin Eliminator
I have a decent audio system in a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. That's Pioneer Nex HU, Alpine digital amp, Focal Flax components x2 and a JL sub. Everything worked perfectly for a couple of years until I completely sound proofed the extended cab. That's when the wandering buzz, crackling and hum started. Along the way I did upgrades to an AGM battery, big 3 and a HO alternator. I rechecked all the grounds several times, unsuccessfully searching for the problem. My HU has the pigtail RCA harness so the copper wire cure wouldn't work for me. So I went to Amazon read a lot of reviews on various Ground Loop Isolators. I chose InstallGear because of their reputation for providing quality parts. I'm glad i did. Turned out I needed a filter on every channel, but all of the now the annoying sounds are gone. I'm so glad to hear clear, clean and loud again! Thanks InstallGear😎

Want clear radio again! Get this now
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical how well it would work but wow I was surprised how well it helped the clarity of the radio signal. Perfect for perfect performance cut the static is drastically reduced or eliminated totally . Super easy to hook up looks cool as well ! The size is standard so no issues with not fitting. Using Solar with my inverter sometimes causes feedback or static this stops it by grounding the signal as I understand it .Perfect for any radioIf you listen to radio you value this will help big time like the Solar powering it !Check out my book Solar independent Utility systems manual online in many languages! Most censored book online today.I will never stop using this !Awesome product that works perfectly with Solar power !

made my situation worst
tis noise isolator did not do the job, it actually made the noise louder and it also cancels the bass or low frequencies.
