I am 6’ and this chair perfectly fits my size. It can raise and lower about a foot in height and that’s perfect for me and for any other average sized person. It also looks pretty sleek. I enjoy the black and silver linings. I’ve been using this chair for over a month now and the cushioning is not bad. I don’t usually sit for long times so I can’t speak for that. I also enjoy the adjustability of the back rest and lumbar rest. Overall this is very good for the value and how much it costs.

Absolutely love this chair. I’m so glad I listened to everyone that said get an ergonomic chair instead of a gaming chair. This thing is incredibly comfortable and breaths extremely well. I’m a heavyset guy, (5’10”-267lb) and typically am a very hot person. I’ve sat in this chair for 4 hours straight and was comfortable and cool the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also, this thing practically lays flat, you could probably take a nap in it. Seems very well made, very sturdy. Price is fair for what you’re getting. So glad I chose to save money on the Secret Lab chair by buying this instead.

I bought my chair back in 2023, it has been awesome. Everything worked great up until 2025.When 2025 came around the seat and back rest where still good but the seat plate or seating mechanism and hydraulic cylinder warper/malfunctioned. I purchased a hydaulic cylinder else where and was looking for a new seating mechanism but couldn't find it or a part code to try and help me find a replacement.I found the E-mail to Patiomage's customer support, Do not use the Amazon contact seller Email, use the email found on their store page, which is [email protected], I found their email, let them know I needed a new seating mechanism, I also brought up that I understood my 1 year warranty was up, and I was looking to purchase the replacement part. I asked for information on where or how I could purchase a replacement part from them or a third party. They had me send them my order number and send pictures of my current seating mechanism. They then offered to send me a brand new seating mechanism free of charge.This company is awesome, and I love the fact they are willing to support their customers even if the warranty was over. I love this ergonomic chair as it meets all of my needs. It is very comfortable and adjustable. I purchased my chair a little over a year ago and have been very happy with it. I had one minor issue with the gas cylinder recently, but I contacted Customer Service, and they quickly sent me a replacement cylinder for free. I would definitely recommend this ergonomic office chair and company for all of your office chair needs.

Chair was great, after a year of owning it unfortunately a part near the gas lift under the chair broke, making it virtually inoperable, I contacted PatioMage support without much hope as a few days had passed since exactly a year of my purchase, I figured my warranty was over and I was out of luck. Belinda over at the support team responded super quickly, literally in minutes since my email was sent, and they imediately apologized for the issue, and got me started on some solutions, the part that was needed was unable to be extracted without causing more damage to the chair, and she quickly went for a replacement instead, was told it would need aproval, which also happened a few minutes after and a tracking code from FEDEX was sent almost imediately. Within an hour of my intiial inquiry a new chair was on the way, such fast and efficient customer service is rare these days, and its greatly appreciated.
