Dog deterrent
Purchased this crinkle paper to sew inside of material. I then placed the material on my couch to deter the dog from laying on the couch. My dog doesn’t care for the sound and so far so good.

Good for my needs
Made a baby lovely with crinkly ends. It sounds like it should. I think it's a bit costly for some crinkle plastic for baby/dog toys, but I wanted to be sure it was baby-safe, rather than stuffing items with packing plastic or something else.
