Practice at home
Without easy access to a practice sand bunker, I was looking for a way to improve my bunker play at home. This has helped me practice the mechanics of a bunker swing in my back yard. I think this is an excellent tool and plan to continue using it as part of my practice routine.

Pretty cool bunker aid
I have a golf matt I keep in the garage, and every couple of weeks I'll hit one of these off the matt in my backyard, it does help hone the bunker stroke, although it's just not a substitute for really getting dirty in the sand at your local practice center.

Awesome!
Didn't know what to expect but had to try it. My bunker play was horrible. If I got in a bunker I was terrified. I would just expect a double. I got my pocket bunker last Wednesday and that night started practicing with it in the garage. (Be careful - it bounces all over the place when it lands on concrete.) I was hitting it into a screen where I normally hit balls with my SkyTrak. I immediately got great feedback from the pocket bunker. I knew that I had a problem with shanking bunker shots all the time. This device gave me some major confidence in just one night of practice. Had a tournament on Saturday and on the second hole, par 3, I hit my tee shot into a greenside bunker. But this time, I wasn't horrified. I had some confidence. I lined up and hit my shot just thinking about the pocket bunker ball in front of me. My shot came perfect and rolled to within 1 foot of the hole for a sandy par. That's the closest I've been to the hole out of a bunker in years! That made my day, so I recommend the pocket bunker for the confidence it will give you. It works!!!

They work for me.
Gc2 and Fr1. GC2 picks them up pretty well off my matt. I can go into practice mode and hit out of bunkers off my mat and get good feedback. Likely a gimmick for the gifted bunker player, but from someone who use to hit them to the other side of the greenside bunker or worse water, to finally just putting out of them, and then chip them up, I'm confident enough now to get them out of the bunker in play. Has it made me Good enough to be Up and down, no, but I'm gaining a stroke now by just getting it on the green in play.Take it for what it is. At the very least I get to practice my bunker stroke and learn where the club needs to hit behind the ball. Yes folks you must take sand on greenside bunkers.Enjoy.

Cost too high for item and arrived in crushed box
Seems way overpriced for what it is. Box was crushed and this was purchased as a gift so this was disappointing as well

Wow who knew
Sand shots practice is hard to learn or obtain if you don't have the facilities that offer it and with COVID-19 and staying home for the most part, the Pocket Bunker seemed and is in my opinion a great way to practice your green side sandy saves. if you plan to use them have a net or net system available they have some weight and will travel when struck correctly

Very good pratice tool
I can practice in my back yard 50 ft. Gets an idea of putting the club under the ball. 1st test on second hole of playoff not so good, but getting out of trap much much better. It is showing me the special spot to hit. At top of back swing I have to stop, collect and swing for the spot.

It is most definitely worth the money
It is very self-explanatory the directions on the box. I just started practicing with it. It is most definitely worth the money that I spent.
