The rig itself is 5 stars, I’m relatively new to animation and it’s sturdy and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend it.However! The box came split and one of the screws was loose in the plastic, it must have been added after being damaged because it was the wrong screw for the kit. I have tried to contact the seller twice about sending a new one but no one has responded in over a week.So feel free to buy this because it’s a great starter rig but just hope your order is correct. I don’t really want to return it because what I’ve got is great, I just can’t use it to its full potential yet.
