No, it won't fit most 10 year olds. It wouldn't fit my 15 & 1/2 year old , as it is shaped for adults, make that adult men, as I think a lot of athletic women (skinny to athletic build) will also find this too big for their face to where it will be off the face about a half inch, to 1 inch off the face. They need a smaller, "Youth/Women" size. Then it would be perfect, and we'd use it. As such, it's just to big, and unusable, so we're returning it, unfortunately.

will it protect your nose good enough for full contact boxing?

I would say no. From my experience with it, it will only smash your nose. I think this is a good device for non full contact fighting sports, like basketball, soccer or something like that.

How to clean and wash mask?

I would use sanitizing wipes. If you wet it the sticky foam pads might get damaged and fall off.

Can the mask be returned if it does not fit?

Yes, I returned the one I ordered.
