How do you program it

Please help me program this thermometer thermostat my husband jerked around with it now I can’t get it to work right

6.1 x 12.95 x 15.49 inches--why is it so huge??

The dimensions of the product is 4..75 inches X 4.75 inches. The larger numbers are the dimensions of the outer plastic packaging. Why? Just to cause confusion I suppose. ;)

How often do you change the batteries on this?

It's been 3 years and have not change them

It is set for 72 but will only go up to 68 How do I correct this?

I don’t have a problem with mine. It’s the easiest thermostat I have ever had.
