I ordered a case of fancy feast seafood in gravy and only got 12 cans ??

I purchased a box of 24 grilled seafood and veggies and received just that. All in one box. Go to your orders at Amazon and check if you maybe only ordered 12 and if you ordered 24 contact Amazon, They Will correct if they made a mistake with your order.

How do i add to my order?

Depending on when you ordered and when you want to add. Some things go today and you may be too late to get that added. Call and ask. The customer service is great.

What is the best indoor adult (1 yr) wer cat food

There is no single best. It depends on what your cat will eat (they're fussy!). My cats love the Fancy Feast with gravy varieties. One of them practically knocks the can out of my hand while I'm trying to open it to get it faster. This brand is very good quality.
