What customers should know before ordering is this drive has a type C connector and does not work on devices with a lightning port even if an adapter is used. There is no software to download it is just seen through the file management app. Transfer rate is extremely fast . The company should put a note on the package that says use what ever file management app is on your phone in lew of putting an instruction sheet as this device is plug and play. If the drive is faulty should be the reason for poor rating not because the user is unfamiliar with how it is supposed to work.

I am a sports mom with three athletes that are in season all year and sometimes, multiple sports at once. I film everything. This external hard drive is really convenient and helps me keep my phone storage clear. For 1TB, it's so tiny. The best part is that I can hand it over to my kids and they can plug it right into their phones to watch their film and create their highlight reels without impacting their phone storage.I am still learning the features. One thing that I need to work on are the tags. I tag each set of videos with a color and naming convention but I haven't found a good way to search for the specific games I want to find. I am also not sure if you can record and save directly to the drive. I usually just transfer from my phone after games.Lastly, there were no directions provided. I went onto the website and was able to find info on how to transfer.

Es quizás el ssd con Magsafe mas económico del mercado, lo recomiendo, sin embargo es imposible de abrir, después de usarlo por 3 meses un día mi mochila se cayo y el SSD se desprendió del case y era imposible conectarlo, por lo que tuve que dañar el case para poder recuperar la información, por lo que recomiendo tener cuidado, de resto es muy bueno.

Es un producto de mala calidad y no cumple con lo que prometen además hace varios días hice la devolución y no me devolvieron el dinero

The media could not be loaded. Im using on iPhone 16pro. Someone recommended me this product and I had some doubts about it. I did the purchase an now I can’t leave it! Very light to carry. Great size. Transfer speed doing well. Magsafe works pretty well! As you guys could see the video that I uploaded how light it is. I really Recommend this device!
