Good source of protein and not too sweet.
We all like these in my family. They are quick to make, fairly satisfying, and I don't feel that I'm being "bad" by having one for breakfast or a snack. I have a sensitive gut, but these have been safe for me to eat--no high fructose corn syrup, which liquefies my colon. Probably TMI, but it's important to know that these are FODMAPS friendly for those of us who need to be careful with what we eat. Not gluten-free. I've been getting these periodically for the last year or so, and highly recommend them. The dog likes them, too--we left the pantry door open, and she destroyed a few. 🫤

Tastes like cake!
Better tasting than the dry mix I’ve tried. No undesirable “protein” flavor. Super convenient for kid breakfast. Sugar content is not low, but it tastes like legit chocolate cake, so we just try not to eat it every day!

Delicious and healthier version of a warm brownie
Love these as a healthier snack if you are craving brownies. Wish the protein was a bit higher, but the texture is like a nice warm brownie. But the calories are a little high

Great protein.
ThisThis was an excellent product. I had been eager to try it for quite some time and finally took the plunge to order it. I can confidently say that I enjoyed every bit of it. While knowing it is a source of protein was a plus, the delightful hot chocolate flavor is what truly captivates your taste buds. I recommend giving it a shot; you won’t regret it.

not bad but could be better
They arrived in a box and all cups were intact. My roommate spotted they were chocolate so wanted one right away. That man has a blood hound like nose for sniffing out chocolate.I found the fill line on the outside of the cup.Since I didn’t feel like locating my ¼ measuring cup, at 7 in the morning, and I have to add liquid by putting my finger in the cup I was thinking this wasn’t a problem, just an annoyance. But there is one small, raised mark on the inside of the cup that is tactile but barely.I used milk, and beat the mixture with a fork. The batter smells great. It microwaved up nicely.I used a butter knife to loosen it from the sides then cut and peeled the cup away.He took it off into his room. When he found me minutes later, mixing mine he seemed disappointed that it wasn’t another for him.The milk came out faster than I expected so was above the fill line in mine.It did make it easier to mix, and the batter was a bit creamier.I had to heat it an extra 30 seconds, per the directions on the cup to fix the soggy parts on the top.I was surprised how both muffins plumped up in just 1 minute of cooking, and in a microwave at that.I was thinking mine would be more moist due to more milk, but it wasn’t.I found the entire thing rather bland and dry.Hardly any chocolate taste. So I’ll have to experiment next time.Chocolate milk, or melted butter, or both might help.Extra chocolate chips wouldn’t hurt either, but I have a hard time keeping them in the house with my chocoholic always on the search. So we have a 50/50 split here.He likes them, but he will eat anything with sugar and even a hint of chocolate. I don’t care for them but don’t mind experimenting to make them better so I’ll do that part.I’ll probably try some of the others as they are quick and for the most part easy.Quick fix for his sugar cravings.
