Will this fit a instant 2-in-1 multi-function coffee maker?

Your question seems a bit incomplete but if you are asking if they will work in your Instant Pot Nespresso/Keurig 2 in 1, yes they will. The only pods I have had an issue with in the Instant Pot were the Amazon Pods. I may have had a bad batch but they ruined a Nespresso machine and the Instant Pod would shut down without making my shot. They were causing too high of pressure.

Reusable coffee filter for original Nespresso machine

If you are asking if these pods are reusable, my initial answer would be no. You can, however, purchase aluminum, self-attaching "lids" and try cleaning each, used capsule, purchase and grind your own expresso beans and refill the pod and hope you have the right density for proper filtration without damaging your machine? Is it worth the risk, time and cost? Not to me it isn't. Not sure how these pods would stand up to re-use? Amazon also sells reusable pods for the original Nespresso machines, but not really good reviews. You might want to consider an expresso machine that brews expresso grinds and forego the pods altogether? As far as the quality of these coffee pods, I would give them (currently) 5 stars!
