Well-made, good quality pieces, a great educational and learning experience.
This building block exceeded my expectations in many ways. The set comes neatly packed in 10 bags, accompanied by a visually appealing pictorial and guide booklet. The inclusion of two sheets of stickers and a foundation plate adds a thoughtful touch to the overall packaging, making it a perfect choice for gifting. One of the standout features of this set is that what you see in the picture is exactly what you get. The pieces are well-made and of good quality, comparable to the standards set by Lego. They exhibit various sizes and thicknesses, which adds a layer of complexity to the building process. While this may require the use of two hands at times, it contributes to the overall challenge and satisfaction of assembling the structure.Upon completion, The Dome of the Rock is nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship shine through in the final product. As a parent, I was delighted to see my 8-year-old son build this architectural marvel within just two hours, with the assistance of his older brother. It's not only a fun and engaging activity but also an educational one, especially for teaching children about Islamic history. What impressed me even further is that the manufacturer offers a similarly stunning product for the Hajj Pilgrimage to Makkah, as well as puzzles designed specifically for kids. Additionally, they provide a range of travel essentials, prayer mats, and more. This diversity in their product line showcases a commitment to creating meaningful and educational experiences.Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the building blocks set for The Dome of the Rock and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Whether you're looking to engage your child in a constructive and educational activity or seeking a unique gift, this product caters to both Muslims and non-Muslims alike. It's a wonderful way to explore and appreciate Islamic history through hands-on learning.

A fun and interesting little build.
Packaged just like any other brick set.Instructions are easy to follow, and I didnt get confused once.Illustrations are actually really decent. The pieces were all perfectly moulded, each one went together well.Took a couple of hours but I really enjoyed it.Recommended.

Not great
Whilst I like the idea, this set is not well designed. The pieces are OK quality and fit together fine, however they all come in one big bag rather than in stages so it takes ages to find each part. The instructions also need a revamp - way too many pieces to place in each step and it's really easy to miss one which then makes the subsequent step even more confusing as you are trying to reference a part that is not there! My daughter (12, very experienced builder) gave up with this out of frustration and boredom.

Cheap alternative but...
A nice set of building blocks at an affordable price but with some drawbacks. The main drawback for me is that the blocks manufacturing is not very good: the blocks do not fit very well, sometimes there is a bit of gap here and there between pieces, the base plate is not perfectly flat. This just makes the set feel very cheap. The second drawback is the use of sticker. A large part of the outside of the dome is covered in stickers and it is quite time consuming and difficult to attach them. While I have had sets before that includes a few stickers to provide additional detail, this set has a lot of them. If that's something you like, that's great! But I personally find them a bit too much and not as fun.The instruction books are nice and the colours pretty good, even if they are limited in this set to just a few different ones.

Dome or the Rock brick kit.
A lovely detailed colourful instruction book with information about the Dome of the Rock. The build itself would have been easier if the bags of bricks were labelled as finding the right parts wasn't always easy. The stickers were very difficult to get on accurately so I'd say although it's aimed at children, adult supervision is needed. That said it's a beautiful model when completed and I added lighting so I could see the inside. Overall though really nice kit but patience required.
