The yolk part of my Littman stethoscope recently broke. I don’t want to pay the hefty price for a new Littman, so figured I would try this out. Popped in my old Littman bell/diaphragm, and it’s like having a brand new one! Perfect length, weight and quality, and auscultation is comparable to my original, maybe even better! Great purchase and price!

I have a Littman Cardiology 3 stethoscope that the original tubing was wearing thin on that O have had for 12 yrs. I bought this and have been very happy with it. It fits my bell/diaphragm perfectly and the ear pieces are comfortable. It also came with extra replacement pieces for future needs. Would recommend.

Bought this to replace my official Littmann replacement tubing after I managed to crack that too. The Littmann tubing cracked after 3 years. This tubing the spring broke after less than 1 year - and notably I took better care of it after having to replace tubing two times so quickly - stopped leaving it in my car, I keep it in a case instead of thrown in a bag, etc. Not worth the price difference if I have to replace it three times as often!

I bought this after my warranty expired. LookedOn the website and to sendMy stethoscope in and have them replace it it was $110. This works great. I can hear just as good as when I bought it. Just was sad they did not have to color I wanted.

There was a reviewer who stated it was single lumen and the sound quality was poor...I was skeptical. I spent some time studying the new tubing and the removed littman tubing. I found that both are single lumen at the end (which allows the chestpiece to slide into place) but the new tubing was too long on the end. I trimmed it so that there was equal distance from the point of the double lumen to the point it slides onto the chestpiece. My main mistake with installation was that I slid the chestpiece onto the tubing slightly crooked. This caused unequal sound in the two ears and was distracting. Because the bell flips it was nearly impossible to get it turned. My husband found you could hold the base of the chestpiece with pliers and turn the tubing with the other hand. This did the trick and the sound quality is great. I am in primary care and I need to hear murmurs and lung sounds. Is this as sensitive as the littman originally? I can't say for sure but it seems to be sensitive enough for my needs. I was hoping to switch out the ear pieces for the original littman but that is not possible. The metal portion of the new tubing does not taper and instead there is a plastic cap onto which the rubber pieces slide. They are not interchangeable but personally I think they are comfortable enough. Overall very pleased and happy to have saved so much money.

My original tubing lasted 9 years. Recently cracked and needed to be replaced. Found this item. Tubing almost as thick, audio quality very good. All I had to do was pull off the old chest piece and insert in new set. I liked my ear tips better so I changed those out. Took maybe 2 minutes to do. Spring seems modestly weaker than original but for price very good deal. I’ve uses stethoscopes since 1983.

I had a Littman cardiology stethescope with pediatric and adult bell sizes for past 20 years that the metal peice finally snapped in. ( I do have a tendency to fold it up which I should not) This offbrand replacement did not work at all. ear pieces were terrible. I literally could not hear anything with them. the bell did not fit well either and it would not rotate to change modes. terrible. I just ended up buying a new Littman which works great.
