It can last me about 40-45 mins though at about 30 mins it is medium hot.

The lid is leak proof/good tight fit when slider is closed. Although it is quite a tall narrow mug and quite difficult to clean.

Q: the seal does not seem to stick, is there a way to make it stick .

Hi, Am I correct in thinking that you are referring to the soft circular seal in the lid ? If so, all you need to do is press the lid down until it won't go any further. The soft silicon seal will then be pressed flush against the inside wall of the mug and the lid will not come off during normal drinking from the mug. To get the lid off once it has been pressed down, you will need to lift it using the hard plastic bit which hangs over the top of the mug.
