Neat little torch
The media could not be loaded. The wife has decided that this is the year we finally dig the unused tent out of the loft and spend money to sit in a field spending hours sitting in the rain cooking baked beans and drinking warm beer pretending to have a good time. I’ve been tasked to buy all the kit we need which included this torch which a friend at work recommended.I thought it quite a bit to spend on a torch but it’s actually quite good, also the fact that it’s rechargable too should mean I make the money back fairly quick that I would have spent on batteries. It’s easily bright enough and the fact it has three power levels is handy for when I’m trying to hunt for stuff in the tent in the middle of the night without waking the kids (see vid) The only thing I would have liked is the ability to plug it into recharge the battery directly rather than removing the battery to recharge it but I guess that’s because it’s waterproof which may be required if the kids drop it in the makeshift emergency number 1 toilet (a bucket) in the middle of the night. The SOS function is pretty neat but as the furthest in to the wild I’ll be venturing is about 5 miles off of the A1 I doubt I’ll require it...well unless we camp near a Centre Parcs in which case I’ll point it towards their Customer Services office and hope they take pity on me and offer us a free stay.Nothing to dislike and I’ve used it a fair few times since it arrived and the charge seems to be holding strong. Good stuff

Really bright waterproof torch
Siuyiu 3000 lumens underwater light. If you are looking for a bright torch that's hard wearing, strong, waterproof and really reliable. Look no further. This torch comes in a carry case with a rechargeable battery and charger. It's quite heavy but tough. It has various settings.Firstly there inbuilt sos flashing mode.Secondly there an intermittent flash. Then 3 different brightness settings. Bewarned not to shine in the eyes. It's that bright! Finally, the off setting. After using it for over an hour there was still charge in the battery (lasts about 2 hours on full charge) and the torch glass didn't get warm either. The product says its for diving but the main use for this torch will be for my child's scout hikimg/camping. Hence why I got a durable, tough, waterproof torch.

Brilliant torch - love it!!
I absolutely love this torch. It has lots of different settings and is very bright on its highest setting. It lasted me for 3/4 days using it on occasion 3 dives a day to depths of 40m.It was completely dead once and after being charged for only 40 minutes it lasted me for an hour long night dive!! I love this torch.I had other professional divers complement me on it many times

A good little torch, but NOT a good *DIVE* torch
I bought two of these guys back on their pretty good reviews, apparent good build quality and cheap price.I am a diver in Ireland and regularly dive to 30mts. I purchased these two torches to be a DIVE torch as advertised. They look and feel great, with solid weight and compact size. They are super bright and light up trees at 100mts like a spot light. So no complaints there..The chargers feel and look, really really cheap. I was afraid they would burn the house down so only charged the battery while awake and in an occupied room..One torch stopped working with 1mt of immersion under water. Worked on surface fine. The second torch worked fine for 3-4 maybe 5 dives to 30mts then it stopped working and flooded. These are good little torches, but did not hack it as a dive torch AS ADVERTISED, AT ALL...

A strong bright white light.
Was looking for a reasonably priced dive/snorkelling torch, with good light output. Not disappointed! This gives great white light above or below the water! There’s a bright central beam with a slightly dimmer ‘halo’ formed around that- the light beam can’t be focused to a tight spot. Possible negative but given the central beam is so bright it isn’t a problem.Feels a quality torch, magnetic switch is smooth and has a nice feel.Battery charger (have to remove batt. to charge) is a USB end and works off your average phone plug for instance. Charge and run times about right as description.Only negative so far is the lanyard... the clip and split ring is just flimsy! (Why it’s four not five star (bit harsh)) Cheap in comparison to the rest of the feel and doesn’t inspire confidence- it’s never gonna float so is needed for diving. It’s brighter than some of my older main torches but smaller than most of my backups.Recommended!

It works at least to 30m - very bright
Given the price I was dubious about the performance of this torch but diving the caves in the blue hole at Gozo it outshone everyone else’s torch and it had no issues at all diving to 30m, illuminating wrecks really very well. I’ll still use my ammonite as well (£1,200) but only to show off.
