The first time I tried the pads was eye opening. Not sure how it works but leaving them on overnight was so easy and the pads were black when I removed them in the morning so I do believe it takes out the toxins in your body. The only problem for me is that the 10 pads, using 2 pads at a time for five applications is costly. Also on the package it says it’s recommended to do it five nights in a row, which is even more costly than spreading it out with a few days in between which is the way I would use them.

The minute I wake up I notice that I feel Better. You can see the bad stuff they remove from your body. I do not want to run out of these.

Not sure if it does anythingMy stayed on overnight -whereas, my husbands did notNot sure why his did not when there is a good deal of adhesive on themI felt tingling and this was fine. It is like a menthol type of tingling

So you wear these things overnight. They turn black and supposedly pull terrible stuff from your body. Truth is, they turn black due to moisture and/or heat. They do absolutely nothing except leave your feet super sticky once you remove themfrom the skin. I don't feel any better or any different.
