This kitchen helper is an absolute life saver on my nerves. My 18 month old is going through an annoying phase of whenever I’m in the kitchen he comes and hangs on me keeping me from doing anything. Since getting this stool he can now be in the kitchen with me and out of mischief. He is still too small to get into it on his own but it’s no problem putting him inside. He’s about 32 inches tall and can easily reach the counter and sink when using. It completely folds up easily when not needed and can be set up in an instant. It’s very sturdy and we feel safe when he’s inside. This is the best purchase I’ve made all year!

This is a fantastic purchase, looking forward to using for the next few years. My son loves looking at what's happening in the kitchen, so this has been great for letting him stand to look. It's very sturdy, heavy enough to feel stable but light enough to move around. The only thing I would change is maybe changing one of the mesh panel sides to a solid side, since kids won't be able to climb in and out on their own anyways.The item comes 90% assembled, you just have to add in the feet. So very easy to set up!Skimming through the reviews, there's been a few variations they've made to the item. For the version I purchased in 2021, I'm able to fold and store the item without using any tools. There's no step stool and there's removable mesh panels on 2 sides.There was a defect on the original item (one of the feet wouldn't screw in) but GuideCraft customer service was great and we were able to get it sorted out very quickly.

My child loves this device as she can now get involved with making meals.
