Complaint not resolved.
I received a camera which has a built in problem. Unable to switch it on depite trying different 12v adaptors. Filed a complaint with Amazon, but instead of providing a replacement I was told to contact the manufacturer. This is highly unprofessional on part of Amazon. Why should a cutomer suffer if he receives a faulty/ damaged product? Disgusting.
