Not taking my weight. It should be stiff, hard. Useless . Maybe useful for 10 kg body weight .
Beware. Im 74 kg. The arch couldnt bear my weight. Useless for me.

Works extremely well months now stays formed at all times
Stay firm at all times may seem to firm but I promise two months in and no flatness planters foot feel great when use for 15 plus hours

Good product
I have really flat feet so these give me an arch which helps with knee pain as well. Makes me feel more stable too. They are surprisingly comfortable too for being a rigid support. I have them in my work boots ,skates and my winter boots
