We purchased this and it works But it stops pumping any liquid after 2 days i got another item and the same thing it just doesn’t work

Good product, but just like other reviews the pump failed way before the bottle was empty.

Esta crema es realmente milagrosa, solo tiene un problema y es que se daña el dispensador, me ha sucedido ya 2 veces y la primera vez de tanto forzar se rebosó el producto, regué y obviamente terminé desperdiciando, la segunda vez ya directamente lo destapé y voy sacando cuidadosamente de a poquitito producto para no desperdiciar.

The pump quit working after a short time.

My usual eye cream has not been available. Totally bummed. I’ve spent the better part of the last three weeks purchasing various instant eye tightening creams, most which don’t work. This one does, but there’s a couple of issues.Make sure you buy a makeup finishing spray that has a dewey finish so that the flat matte of the eye cream is bolstered by the finishing spray. Will make it look more natural. And, I had the same issue with the pump not working. Was pushing down firmly, and didn’t notice that all of the product was squishing out the side. Design flaw because what’s happening is the product is getting dry inside the nozzle, blocking it, and the pressure in pumping it forces the product out where it shouldn’t be going. I used a needle to worm around inside the nozzle, ran hot water over it as well, reused the needle, and it works now, but that’s a pain to have to do daily.

I am puzzled over the white flakey film that forms with this product. Yes, it does work, but not without the film. Even putting extra moisturizer on just caused it to roll off and/or flake off and then you loose the effect. Very disappointed. I even went to the website for possible directions on how to apply without having this happen, but I could not find any direction. Help!
