Will 2- 24" monitors fit on the top shelf?

The shelf is wood covered by black veneer, all holes are pre drilled too.

Requiers special handling and wont ship to my location, can I still order it and pick it up at a post office?

I would like to know the depth of the lower desk for the 47 inch and the 55 inch there is a discrepancy in the descriptions
