Bought to pair with my analogue pocket to help with the fact some cores don't have working RTC modules. This allows me to pack even more games into the system and it works flawlessly. Glad I bought this over the Omega.

I recently found my old Gameboy Advance SP and wanted to have a trip down memory lane... unfortunately, I had lost almost all of the games from my childhood. After countless hours of roaming through eBay and trying to find classic games, I quickly realized how expensive it was going to be. A friend recommended the EverDrive Mini X5 and I couldn't be happier! Not only am I reliving my childhood memories, but all of these great games are stored in one place, along with their save files! I have never used ROMs or Emulator software, but this device was super easy to set up and get going. I'd say less than 20 minutes for a newbie like me and even faster for experienced users. It does not come with any instructions, but there are plenty Youtube Videos that guide you step-by-step.

Awesome quality,I suggest ordering all Everdrives from Amazon,if you order from Krikzz it is shipped from an active war zone and can take weeks or up to a month to arrive. Amazon was a few days tops

Let's you play GB, GBA, NES, Game Gear, and Master System on GBA hardware. It's easy to use and it feels nice to break out my old Gameboy.

This cart is basically plug and play provided you have a microsd card thats 64gb formatted to fat32 and loaded with your _legally acquired romsSave states for Gameboy advance & Gameboy color games happen naturally, no need to fiddle with the menu while Original Gameboy games may or may not save. Tetris for example likes using the save state feature rather then saving to the cart itself. Other then that quirk, games load up quick and often true to their color scheme. The only thing I would ask to be changed is allowing a diffrent game/rom be picked from the cart menu. Then again nothing beats turning the Gameboy Advance off to hear the loading noise.

I got this after being impressed with the GB X5 for my Game Boy Color. It's great, it runs everything from GBA games down to GB Color and original Game Boy games, and even has options for emulators for the Sega Master System and Game Gear, which also work. It takes some time to set up and instructions for doing so, especially for the emulators are hard to find online and aren't always right, but once you figure it out it's fine. For instance, the video I watched had you download the original version of Goomba for the old Game Boy. Don't do this, saving will not work. Instead, duplicate the file for Goomba COLOR and name one gb.gba and the other gbc.gba. The UI is pretty intuitive and you can sort your games however you want. Absolutely worth it for extending the life of your GBA. I've tested it in my original GBA, my GBA SP and my DS Lite.

This cart can be used as an all-in-one gameboy advance and gameboy game cartridge. Setting it up is easy but you'll find some confusion if you decide to play Gameboy/Gameboy Color games. What you do is get 2 copies of goomba and rename them with different endings, you end them both with .gba, then place both files in emu folder. There are plenty of youtube videos explaining further, just make sure you search this particular everdrive model, AS THERE MANY!I have been using it for 2 weeks and have been enjoying playing games that i missed out like Pokemon FireRed and Mega Man BN also a few gameboy games that are older.Very important: this is a true to the original cart, there are NO SAVE STATES.I would recommend this product to anyone who dislikes carrying every cartridge with them or want to preserve their original carts from wear and tear.
