Unit works great; love it! Good materials and finish, not cheap or flimsy. Hose has sufficient length; very easy to install even for a senior with poor hand strength. Water pressure in the hose/handle depends on how high you turn your faucet on. The hose and diverter are not complicated and the unit comes with several different sizes of diverter connector. The hardest part was removing my old aerator which had been installed a decade ago. I had a hard time because I don't have hand strength and the wrench to remove the aerator kept slipping. I ended up using some cooking oil in the crack and that did the trick. Remember to use the plumbing tape on the treads which is supplied in the kit so you don't get leaks. Unit comes with a hanger you simply hang from your toilet under the lid. I haven't had any leaks at the hose handle or the diverter connection to the faucet and I've been using it for about a month. I recommend after use you squirt any remaining water out of the hose/handle and turn the diverter back to faucet use. This will preserve the hose so water pressure doesn't wear it out sooner. The hose can be used for lots of things like cleaning your toilet & sink as well as cleaning your privates and rinsing baby diapers. Wish I'd gotten one sooner had I known it was so easy to install without a plumber! And the cold water is not even an issue but then I live in the sunshine state :-)

We are pleased with the purchase. Though it took a while for me to install the product, it went smoothly than I expected, this being my first time working with any plumbing lines. The product is working as expected with ample hot and cold water as required. The product is of great quality with ample water pressure. I would recommend it to others and would purchase it again.

This is a very well-made High-quality item. Installation was easy. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only issue was the sprayer holster hanger did not allow the toilet tank lid to close completely, so we ended up mounting the holster to the wall using the two wood screws provided. It is a very nice option. This item is easy to use. The sprayer handle lever lets you push softer for less water pressure and push harder for more water pressure, so easy one hand operation. Overall, the product performs well, we like it very much and would recommend it!

This works great! The water flow is adjustable. However, the directions in the package are limited, so watch the video. After watching the video, I found it installed easily.

Easy to install, works great. I have had one of these for several years and never a problem. Installed two more in a different house last week. Install was quick. I had one leak, which was due to an mis-seated washer (my fault) which I quickly corrected. One of them has less pressure that the other, but that is due to the plumbing of the house, not this unit. Planning to get more - I want these wherever I, uh, use the bathroom. :-)

Not even 5months in, spray handle is leaking at the nozzle tip area.Unable to reach company via website listed here or number also provided here on Amazon.So as far as it being, “leak proof?!” Mine was since May, but almost at the of September here and now it’s leaking.
