Does it work for the Verizon 8800l?

Yes, it works I suppose, but heed the warning about the plugs not inserting all the way. I broke my 8800L by forcing it.

If i get this will i be able to pick up the wifi from my netgear nighthawk m1 mr1100 from my room instead of me having to be right next to the modem?
