I got the one with the temperature dial. What is the low, medium and high temperature? I did not get a user manual with my dehydrator.

Just completed testing mine using an infra-red thermometer. Trays were in place but empty. Started with 'Low', 'Medium', then 'High'. I removed the trays each time to record the temperature. I repeated the test going from 'High' to 'Medium' and then to 'Low'. Temperatures were within 2 degrees for each setting. Low 80deg Medium 130deg High 162deg
