Q: the right side covering fell off the wall but the bracket is still screwed in- what the type tool need to resecure the covering to the bracket?

All Kohler bath fixtures are mounted the same way. There's a small hole on the bottom of the piece that fell off. Hopefully, you still have the screw in the hole. It's a small hex head. The hex key came with the original box. You can get a hex key set from Harbor Freight or any store.

It depends on which item you choose. You can get either one. Go by description words not codes. One says polished Chrome and the other says brushed nickel in description. Choose what you prefer.

I would contact the company. I can't believe they don't have replacement parts.

I totally agree! I thought about filing it down but then when it pivots it will scratch the wall. POOR DESIGN!!! The pivot should be on the bar (other Kohler models are this way), not where the post meets the wall.
