Brio 520 Series No Line Bottom-Loading Water-Cooler with Built-in 2 Stage Water-Filter

This system is very very good. The cabinet is slim, fits snug almost anywhere you would want. It is extremely quiet. You only hear noise while it dispenses the water and when the house is quiet. The water is super cold, have not tried the hot water side yet. There is a night light switch on the back of the cabinet if you need it for nighttime use.It DOES come with a jug, but does not include the cap, so be sure to order a few.We can't complain about anything with this system.

I waited about 4 months or so to write a review about this water cooler I absolutely love it I actually made a base myself to bring the cooler up higher I'm a very tall guy so bending over wasn't too good for me I love the night light I love the filter system I've tried putting tap water into it and it does a pretty good job on filtering out to make it taste like Poland Spring or Deer Park water highly recommended very quiet great design also you can put a large thermos under it without holding it and let it fill up so it has plenty of room to fill things up with the hot water is very hot it also has warm and the cold water is really cold and refreshing and the pressure of the water coming out is very good and by the way it's self cleaning which is a big thumbs up.

This was a game changer in my house! It was an easy set up, it's easy to use and it's super easy to clean. Filling up the water bottle with the hose outside is super quick and the included funnel with strainer keeps any debris from going in the bottle. It has already been well worth the money with how much we are saving on buying cases of water. There was a dent in the top section on the right side that was a little disappointing to see, but it doesn't affect the usage in any way. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

I bought this Brio 520 last Sept 2023 and until now is about 6 months. It worked fine for the first 4-5 months, but then starting to rust. See the picture attached for where the rust came from. I have emailed customer service for support or replacement part since I could not find the parts available on their website. However, no one reply to my email. I called like 20 times at different times of the day and different days of the week. No one answered the calls, not even once.This is disappointing given the product cost couple hundreds and only be usable for the short couple months.This is a waste of money and I do not advise or recommend this product to anyone.

Easy to drag the full water bottle to the bottom instead of lifting and spilling. The child locks are why I bought this for my daughter. Our toddler granddaughter was having fun making lakes on the wood floor with the old cooler

I have had a water cooler with a zero water filter on top of the cooler. When the cooler broke down I had to make a choice of what kind of filtered cooler I want to get. When I saw this brio cooler I decided that this was the one I wanted. It is pretty expensive way to go but when I compared the cost of these filters compared to two of the zero water filters it made my choice a lot easier. Then I looked at how it looks in my kitchen compared to the old cooler and that made it a done deal. The only thing I hesitate over is how will it hold up over time, so far it is working great, the water I’m getting from it tastes great better than the zero water filtered water and that’s saying a lot. The zero water has a test result of 0 for a couple weeks then it goes up, in a month it goes up to the 20s, in a couple months it would go up to the 50s or more. This filter is in the low 20s and that’s where is is staying. But honestly the taste is what I really care about. When the water begins to taste off, or when I can taste fluoride the filter gets changed. I must say I’m really glad I switched water coolers but now I need to get rid of my old zero water filters to help pay for it.

I've had the machine plugged in and working for 2 days now and I'm loving it. It's nice looking, and the water tastes just as good as the delivery kind I use to have.
