I have Marantz SR5010 and Taga Harmony 606 Speakers, but i would like to purchase this polk center channel. Can i mix with the existing speakers.

Yes definitely. Polk Audio is way better then Taga Harmony and Marantz SR5010 supports speakers from 4 ohms to 16 ohms.

Polk audio ES35 is compatible only with 4/8 ohms and Taga harmony have an impedance of 6 ohms and therefore i don't think both speakers can be clubbed

Nothing to do with other speaker ohms as your AVR supports 4 ohms to 16 ohms.
